Escape Machines – Surprise from The Cool Hunter on Vimeo.

DDB Paris created this simple, fun “Escape Machine” experience for the French travel company Voyages SNCF.

Menacing, glowing black cubes wait till someone goes close enough. Then the cube asks where the person would like to travel. Pushing the red button produces a crazy celebration, complete with gigantic walking kisses, and provides the wishers large, customized mock tickets to their destination. Watching the faces of the onlookers is just as much fun as the experience itself!

At Blazinstar Experiential we recently provided enthusiastic, energetic brand ambassadors, photography, and an interactive microsite for Radiator PR’s latest campaign launching the Relentless Energy Shots.

The activity was a simple data capture driven competition that we designed to ensure that the pop up shops could forge long term relationships with the target audiences of young trendsetter and alternative lifestylers.  It was simple, the brand ambassadors took peoples photos and data in the shops, gave them a sample and wristband which directed them to the site we created.

Once on the site, they could vote for their favourite photos for a chance to win gig tickets, and join ‘The Order’. What are the shots all about? Owned by Coca Cola and set to revolutionise the energy drink market in the UK, these tiny super intense canisters are tipped to be the new kid on the block when it comes to a quick perk up.  The pop-up shops were set up by Radiator in Shoreditch, Glasgow and Manchester.

We recently created a cool campaign for MediaCom to mark Skoda’s latest car the Yeti!

The engaging ambient media campaign ran across the UK, the integrated intriguing elements showed Yeti footprints and seeded the microsite URL www.yetispotting.com through a number of alternative formats including mow art, chalk art, mud tagging, flogos and 3d pavement art.

The campaign ran till the middle of September and was amplified through the Yeti Spotting site which also links to social media activity on Facebook and Twitter.  Digital aspects were handled by Golley Slater PR.
